Monitoring Drilling

Water monitoring is conducted for many reasons. The main reasons would include determining the static and dynamic water levels and to draw samples for water quality testing. Different aquaverse levels can also be measured through the installation of pizometers and sealing of different aquaverse with bentonite. A standard monitoring borehole will have a perforated UPVC casing installed with a gravel pack and a sanitary seal. It will have a concrete ring with a lockable casing cap and a yellow and black marking flag on top.
